Cosciotti di pollo all'arancia con contorno di patate


Disponete in un tegame i cosci di pollo dopo avergli tolto la pelle e lavati ben bene. Salateli in entrambi i lati e aggiungete l'olio. Unite una cipolla tagliata a fettine, uno spicchio d'aglio, un rametto di rosmarino, mezza carota tagliata a piccoli tocchetti, un'arancia spremuta e un bicchiere d'acqua. 



Fate cuocere per circa venti minuti a fuoco lento, poi girate e fate cuocere per altri venti minuti. Aggiungete un bicchiere di vino bianco e fate cuocere a fuoco allegro per altri venti minuti girando i cosciotti di tanto in tanto. Se notate che la salsina si asciuga troppo aggiungete ancora un pò d'acqua in modo da non far rimanere i cosciotti a cuocere solo nell'olio e a non far bruciare la cipolla, che deve solo appassire.



Nel frattempo che i cosciotti cuocevano, in un'altra padella avevamo messo a friggere le patate con uno spicchio d'aglio, rosmarino, sale e una spolverata di peperoncino rosso frantumato.


Abbiamo lasciato cuocere a fuoco lento le patate.

A questo punto, pronti entrambi i piatti, potete sia unire le patate ai cosciotti (dopo avergli tolto gli spicchi di arancio) lasciandoli insaporire per altri  5-6 minuti circa, o servirli separatamente in due piatti diversi ma da gustare comunque insieme.
